Evo Park Acquisition
heb acquired the 110,000 sq ft multi let, hybrid office scheme named Evo Park at Junction 27 of the M1 motorway for £7.5 million. We acted on behalf a large national property company.
Starbucks Drive Thru Funding
On behalf of Custodian REIT, heb have a Starbucks Drive Thru investment by way of a forward funding deal at a purchase price of £1.725m which reflected a net initial yield of 6.25%.
Ashby-de-la-Zouch Office Acquisition
In an off market deal, heb acquired an office investment for Kindale at Ivanhoe Business Park, Ashby de la Zouch. The investment comprised 17,461 sq ft over eight offices in two blocks, wholly let to SGS Ashby Ltd with four years unexpired and the purchase price of £2,750,000 reflected 8.85%.
Beeston Cinema
heb advised Broxtowe Borough Council on the development and letting of a new eight screen cinema and restaurant development and pre-sold the adjacent land for an 132 apartment scheme.

On behalf of KFC, heb recently acquired sites for KFC stores within the East Midlands

Joint viability instruction covering the greater Nottingham housing market area. Full viability test of Local Plan soundness including CIL viability work for production of charging schedules. Included full support at public examination.
Land Sales
heb recently overseen the marketing and disposal of several major housing development sites including a 3.3 acre site in Southwell, 8 acres (130 homes) in Beeston, 20 acres site at Ambergate with consent for 171 homes, sold on behalf of Official Receivers, and 11 acres at Stainforth, Doncaster for 150 Homes.
