Ashby-de-la-Zouch Office Acquisition
In an off market deal, heb acquired an office investment for Kindale at Ivanhoe Business Park, Ashby de la Zouch. The investment comprised 17,461 sq ft over eight offices in two blocks, wholly let to SGS Ashby Ltd with four years unexpired and the purchase price of £2,750,000 reflected 8.85%.
