Residential Land Agency, CIL and s106
heb are one of the region’s leading agents for the disposal and acquisition of residential development land, as well as advising a wide range of clients on viability testing local plan testing, CIL and s106 agreements. We act for both local authorities, national housing builders and smaller, local landowners and developers and as such our contact list and knowledge is extensive. heb were the first firm in the UK to prepare a successful local authority CIL and are now recognised as one of the UK’s leading experts in CIL, s106 and viability.
Commercial and Pension Fund Valuations
We undertake a large number of non-lending valuations in most commercial sectors on behalf of statutory bodies, pension funds and private individuals. All valuations are undertaken by our RICS Registered Valuers.
Local Authority Asset Valuations, Right to Buy Valuations, Lease Extensions and Staircase Valuations
heb act for the majority of local authorities and Registered Providers within Greater Nottingham and the surrounding region and advise on asset valuations, RTB and staircase valuations as well as residential lease extensions.
Local Authority Consultancy
A large number of the East Midlands local authorities retain heb to advise on commercial and residential property matters on both individual properties and at larger, strategic levels. heb often provide a link between estates teams, development teams and economic development departments ensuring that comprehensive advice can be provided to officers and members.
Landlord and Tenant
Rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears are all services that are provided within our landlord and tenant team. We act for private individuals through to multi-national corporations and represent both landlord and tenants.
