MRICS Registered Valuer

Matthew is a founding partner of the practice and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1997. He specialises in local authority consultancy and valuations, including asset valuations for local authorities, staircase valuations, as well as right to buy valuations and lease extensions for registered providers. Matthew also undertakes landlord and tenant work as well as advising a number of local authorities in relation to strategic property matters and also provides residential economic and viability advice to both local authority and national and local housebuilders.

Robert qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1997 and joined heb in 2006. He is recognised as one of the UK’s leading specialists on the Community Infrastructure Levy and section 106 issues and also undertakes Local Plan testing and economic viability valuations for a large number of local authorities and national and local housebuilders. Robert is also one of the region’s leading residential land sale agents, acquiring and disposing of a large number of consented and unconsented sites across the region.

Will joined heb in 2011 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2013. Will is one of the leading investment and commercial agents in the region and has transacted some of the largest property deals in the area, across all commercial property sectors and asset types. Will creates significant added value for clients through proactive asset management and strategic advice. In addition, he continues to advise clients on a wide range of occupational lettings, specialising in the office and industrial sectors.

Nick joined heb in 2019 and specialises in advising across both residential and commercial agency, asset management & valuations, having a particular emphasis on residential developments and investments for both private and corporate clients.
